Membership Structure

Hierarchy

Trustee or Elected official 

Serves on board of Trustees and may also serve as a Commander or head of a guild.

 

Commander

Living Historian with advanced experience.  

Responsible for all lessor skill level members.

Fully developed.

Command of Adept and below.

 

Adept

Living Historian highly experienced with a fluent level of understanding. 

Directly responsible for lesser skill level members.

In-depth development towards command of a faction. 

Liaison between Commander and Journeymembers.

Command of Journeymember and below.

 

Journeymember

Living Historian highly experienced with a greater level of understanding. 

Responsible for guiding lesser skill level members.

In-depth development.

Commands 20 Novice and Apprentice.  

Responsible for Laymember training towards Novice.

 

Apprentice

Living Historian with high level of experience and understanding. 

Advanced development.

Assists in training Novice and Laymembers.

 

Novice

Living Historian with introductory experience and level of understanding.  

Primary development.

 

Laymember

Ordinary people, not belonging to a given path. 

Beginning member Living Historian. 

Initial development.

 

Factions

Factions are designated by a specific culture spanning one century between the 5th to 16th centuries.

Factions are then further divided into companies presided over by a Journeymember

Each company shall consist of a maximum of 20 (twenty) members with a skill level below Journeymember.
